Real Wedding: Sarah & Tom, The Lambertville Inn, Carolina W. Rivera Photography

Friday, December 20, 2013

We haven't shared a wedding in a few weeks, so I thought we would say hello again with this stunner. Sarah and Tom were married in Somerville, NJ and danced the night away with a beautiful reception at The Lambertville Inn in Lambertville, NJ. Their day, their faith, and their love was captured by the amazing Carolina W. Rivera Photography whom we have been lucky to work with in the past. The bride and her mom poured their hearts into so many of the details of this day that it was hard to select a few pictures to highlight.

One of the first things you may notice is Sarah's over-sized bouquet. Let me be the one to tell you that we absolutely adore brides that will step outside the norm to achieve their vision and Sarah did that with this bouquet. Made from roses, dahlias, lisianthus, stock and seeded eucalyptus, her arm bouquet was a show-stopper {and heavy to boot!}. Her mom hand-crafted hundreds of fabric flowers that complemented various ceremony and reception pieces and the vessels for the reception centerpieces were a family depression-glass collection.

Chalk It Up 2 Love hand-painted the sign we custom made with lyrics from the couple's first dance that hung over the dance floor for the evening. We also added a Madeline Trait cake-topper and BHLDN chair covers (not pictured) for the extra special touches.
